Esther Torah Code (UPDATE)

Rabbi Moshe Meir Weiss:
In his incredible sefer, Toras Chemed, Rav Michoel Ber Weismandel, Zt”l, Zy”a, writes the most amazing Biblical source for Esther. He reveals that there are 12,110 letters in Megillas Esther. Then he says that if you count 12,110 from the first alef in the Torah, found in the word Bereishis, you come to a samech. Then, if you count another 12,110 letters, you arrive at the letter tof. Continuing again 12,110 more letters from the tof, one arrives incredibly at a reish - spelling the word Esther. [What is also fantastic is the fact the he calculated this before the computer came into existence.] Is it any wonder that the Gemora tells us that the Chachomim ikrei Sofrim, the Sages were called Counters, for they calculated such incredible revelations such as this one? Now we can also more easily understand why, if a sefer Torah is missing just one letter, the whole Torah is posul, rendered unfit, for it throws off myriads of such sequential calculations.

UPDATE

Dan G. notes in the comments that this Torah code is not accurate.  See his comments though for a different interesting Torah code.

yaak,
Apparently this hidush isn’t true. Even though it does appears so in Toras Chemed
But if you take a look at Doron Witztum’s site -
He brings a completely different quote from the same book (I couldn’t find it in the HebrewBooks edition. According to his footnotes, he had the 2nd edition):
The number of letters in the Megila is 12,111. The word that appears at skips of 12,111 is מגלת, and you start from the מ in Breishit 4:14, which is the only place in the Tora where the word אסתר appears (although with different vowels).
And in the footnotes there he mentions the quote you brought, and says that his calculations proved it to be wrong, and that the Rav’s sons, who published the book, admit that there may be some errors.
I checked it myself with the free program Torat Emet. Doron seems to be right.

There are 3 מ in Breshit 4-14 . Which one is the right one to begin the skips of 12111 letters ? Also is the skips give the word מגלת OR מגלת אסתר ?
